When you hire a certified installer, the crew has completed Ardex training, follows Ardex specifications on every pour and finish, and delivers the documentation that backs system-level warranty. That means if something fails, the warranty covers labor and remediation, not just the product swap. Gatineau Concrete maintains this certification across the full Ardex product range.
A product warranty replaces the material if it fails. A system warranty covers the entire cost of fixing the failure, including labor, removal of overlying work, and any secondary damage. On a commercial waterproofing or overlay project, that difference is substantial. When a slab fails, you need the concrete fixed and the space back in service, not just a replacement bag of mortar.
Certification means the crew has been trained on the specific Ardex system your project needs. We follow the prep, primer, mix, and cure protocols that Ardex specifies. The install is documented with photos, batch records, and dimensional verification. That documentation gets submitted to Ardex for system warranty registration, and you receive a copy at handoff.
At quote time, we confirm which Ardex system fits your concrete application. Most of our regular work falls within our certification scope, but we verify coverage before committing.

Which Ardex Products We Install Certified
Our certification covers the Ardex products we install regularly on residential and commercial projects. That includes overlays for resurfacing tired concrete, self-leveling underlayment for bringing slabs flat, repair mortars for spalls and cracks, and waterproofing membranes for below-grade and wet environments.
If your project calls for a less common Ardex product, we confirm certification status at quote time. Most projects fit within our scope. The certification also applies across our broader brand specialty work and any commercial floor or basement concrete application that uses Ardex systems.
